As you well know, unexpected things happen, especially after inclement weather. Rest easy knowing that your property will be regularly inspected and maintenance issues dealt with before they become serious problems. Perseas has a team of skilled technicians including electricians, plumbers, gardeners, pool management, and housekeepers. Small issues will be repaired immediately and billed accordingly. Other more major issues will be discussed with you to determine the best options and pricing. And as always, you will have complete visibility of all services performed.

SUPERVISION & CLEANING

When you arrive to your house, it will be clean and fresh, ready to enjoy. No more spending part of your valuable vacation time cleaning, organizing, and reclaiming your place. When we first begin working for you, we photograph every room exactly as you want it so that everything will be in its proper place when you arrive.

Before you arrive, we will also stock your house with your list of groceries, beverages, toiletries, and anything else you want ready for your arrival.

During your stay, we offer indoor and outdoor cleaning services so that you can spend all of your time enjoying your stay.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Leave the administrative work to us! Our services include collecting rents, paying bills, and preparing information for your accountant. As an owner, you will have complete visibility of all financial transactions and correspondence.
